Alto-Shaam won CSP Magazine’s Best New Product Award 2022. After being nominated, Vector® Wide Multi-Cook ovens were voted and selected by a majority of convenience store operators for the Foodservice Oven Equipment category.

Vector Wide ovens provide expanded menu potential for convenience stores in the smallest footprint, due to being able to cook without an exhaust hood. The new models are designed to cook a variety of food items, including 16-inch pizzas, snacks, chicken, and more. All of this can be done at the same time, in the same oven, with no flavor transfer between shelves.
Featuring pioneering Structured Air Technology®, the ovens cook twice as much food up to two times faster than their traditional counterparts. Each chamber acts as its own oven, using vertical, upward, and downward airflow. This allows the air to transfer through each shelf to evenly cook food at their own temperatures, helping to maintain food quality. There’s no need to rotate pans.
